About Wilkes County Court Docket

Wilkes County court dockets and case records are divided among Superior, Probate, Magistrate, and municipal offices. Georgia also uses court-specific online providers instead of one open statewide index. We built this private reference resource to connect each type of case with the official portal, clerk counter, calendar, address, or phone route that can answer it.

Why We Built This Site

Georgia generally permits access to public court records, but finding the custodian is often the difficult step. The Wilkes Clerk of Superior Court keeps Superior and Juvenile dockets. Probate and Magistrate offices maintain their own records, and Washington and Tignall keep city matters. Georgia E-Access routes Wilkes Superior users to PeachCourt rather than combining every local court in one public index. We organize those official contacts, provider links, calendar sources, and request routes by record type.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Wilkes County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Georgia court, clerk, or agency. Those limits are important:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes on some content pages. They operate their own services and set their own prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We neither set the provider's charges nor control its search results.
